Vegirl products are made entirely free of animal ingredients, including honey, beeswax, collagen, lanolin, carmine, cholesterol, and gelatin.
Are Vegirl products cruelty-free?
None of our products are tested on animals, and neither are they by any of our partners.
Are Vegirl products paraben-free?
Our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and formaldehyde, using vegan ingredients supported by advanced scientific research for visible results.
Are Vegirl products gluten-free?
At Vegirl, your health and safety are our top priorities, and we understand the importance of allergies. While our products aren’t specifically designed to be gluten-free, you can find a full ingredient list on each product's page or packaging to help determine if it’s a good fit for you. Placing an Order
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express), debit cards, paypal, and apple pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Please note that some payment methods may not be available in all countries.
Additionally, PayPal allows payments even without a PayPal account—you can simply enter your card details through PayPal to complete your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
To serve you better, we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made. If you made an error at checkout, please reach out to info@vegirl.net for help.
Shipping
How much will shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. and Canada orders over $50 and all international orders over $150 USD. Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
For orders under $50 within the U.S. and Canada, a standard shipping rate of $5.95 will be applied.
For international orders under $150 USD, shipping rates are as follows:
- UK and France: $9.95
- Rest of EU, Asia, South America, and Africa: $12.95
- Oceania: $16.95
How long will it take to get my package?
To help reduce cosmetic waste, our products are made to order, which typically takes up to 5 days to produce. However, our best sellers are pre-made and usually ship right away.
The delivery time for your package depends on the shipping method you select and your location. Typically, orders are delivered within:
- North America: 3 - 5 business days
- Global: 5 - 14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 business days
If your order is taking longer than expected, please email info@vegirl.net and we’ll check its status. We know it’s important, and we’re on it.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send tracking information to the email you gave us as soon as your order goes out. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
What do I do if my order is stuck at customs?
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

Returns & Exchanges
How do i make a return?
Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 30 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. All merchandise is not returnable. Sorry, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. Please contact info@vegirl.net to initiate a return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact info@vegirl.net and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.
If the box or packaging is damaged, we kindly ask that you send us a photo before opening it so we can fairly assess your claim.
If the product is deemed defective, Vegirl will replace the product at no additional charge.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All of Vegirl products are manufactured and shipped from Canada. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the end destination of the package. Typically, there are no taxes applied to Canada or US-destined packages, however EU-destined packages may incur VAT.
Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
